Discover the valleys and villages of the Atlas by 4x4, 8 days
- 4x4 tour in the central Atlas with 1 to 2 hour walks.
- 8 days / 5 days in 4x4, 4 nights in half-board lodgings, 2 nights in Marrakech in a **** hotel
- Period: April to October.
4x4 tour and walking tour in the High Atlas 8 days.
Program
Day 1:
Arrival in Marrakech, transfer to the Andalousse 4* hotel.
Day 2:
Departure by 4x4 towards the High Atlas, panoramic view of the surrounding valleys from the Tchka pass, the pass to cross today (2260m), descent by a zig-zag road to reach the kasbah of Talouate, kasbah built in stone and earth a few centuries ago, visit of the kasbah, continuation towards the valley of Ounilla lunch at the lodge in the village of Tighza at the top of the valley, in the afternoon a 2 hour walk, night at the lodge in Tighza.
4 hours by car + 2 hours walking.
Day 3: Villages of Tighza – Village Ait Ben Haddou – valley of roses.
Descent of the beautiful valley of the Assif Ounilla, varied landscape and earth color, beautiful kasbah built along the valley, visit of the ancient village of At Ben Haddou before taking the road to Ouarzazate and the valley of roses by Kalaat Mgouna, lunch at Kalaat Mgouna and night in the village of Boutaghral, in the afternoon a walk of 1 to 2 hours of walking along the Oued Mgoun.
4 hours by car + 1 to 2 hours walking.
Day 4: Boutaghral village – Ait Hamed pass (2900m) – Bougumez valley.
We leave the Mgoun valley to take a track that crosses two passes: the Ait Hamed pass and that of Ait Imi at 2900 m altitude, join the Ait Bougumez valley, lunch at Dar Afra, in the afternoon walk to discover the surrounding villages.
4 hours by car + 1 to 2 hours walking.
Day 5: Bougumez Valley - Aît ouham Village.
After an hour by car we will reach the village of Ait Ouham, departure on foot towards Lake Izoura, lunch at the edge of the lake visit the nomads, in the afternoon return on foot to the village, night in a stopover lodge.
1 hour by car + 3 hours walking.
Day 6: Ait Ouham Village – Ouzoud Waterfalls – Marrakech.
Departure by 4x4 to the Ouzoud waterfalls, visit of the waterfalls and lunch, return to Marrakech in the afternoon, night at the Andalouss hotel.
Day 7:
Free day and visit of Marrakech. Night at the same hotel.
Day 8:
Transfer to the airport.
