Travel Program
Departure at 8 am from your hotel in Marrakech, with a minibus you will leave the red city of Marrakech towards the High Atlas of Marrakech, arrival at the Ourika valley, photo stop, visit a Berber village, 2 hours to reach the bottom of the valley, lunch at Sti Fadma, visit the waterfalls and a Berber village, drink tea at the locals’ house, in the afternoon return by minibus to Marrakech, night at your hotel.
Day 1:
Depart from Marrakesh and drive straight out to Imlil village where you’ll meet your mountain trek crew. You’ll trek up to Neltner refuge (5 hrs), overnight here
Day 2:
Before an early start to summit Mont Toubkal ( 4169m). The views from the summit are fantastic. You will then descend back to the refuge, have a little rest and then continue down to Imlil village. 8 hrs 30 mn walking, back to Marrakech by Taxi or minibus and night at your hôtel.
